01 Acceptance of terms
By using Padhnus, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions and applicable laws. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform. Additional terms shown for a particular feature or purchase may also apply to that feature.
02 Accounts & eligibility
Provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account unless it results from a security issue outside your control. Do not share accounts or attempt to access someone else's student or administrator workspace. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized account access.
03 Academic content & intellectual property
Padhnus organizes study materials, including notes, syllabi, question banks, images, articles, videos and external resources. Access to a material does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property. Use content only as permitted by the applicable license, rights holder and platform access conditions. Availability of a resource does not imply endorsement by an institution unless expressly stated.
If you contribute or submit materials, ensure you have permission to do so and that the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Report suspected copyright or content issues through the contact page.
04 Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with platform security, scrape restricted content, distribute malware, impersonate others, post unlawful materials or misuse another user's data. Padhnus may restrict access where necessary to protect users, content rights or the service, subject to applicable requirements.
05 Subscriptions & payments
Some materials and features may require a subscription. Available plans, charges, duration and payment options are displayed during purchase. Payment processing may be provided by third parties and is subject to their terms. If a payment is unsuccessful, premium access may not begin or continue.
For questions about a charge, renewal, cancellation or refund, use the contact page. The rules shown at checkout and any applicable consumer rights take precedence over an assumption that all purchases are automatically refundable or non-refundable.

Materials may link to websites or services that Padhnus does not operate. Their content, availability and terms may differ from ours. Review the third party's terms and privacy notices before using its services.
07 Availability & changes
We aim to make the platform useful and reliable, but maintenance, technical issues or content changes can affect availability. Resources, features and subscriptions may change over time. Where appropriate, we will display notices about material service changes.
08 Educational use & responsibilities
Study materials are intended to support learning, not guarantee academic results or replace official instructions from your institution. Verify examination dates, syllabi and other critical academic information with the relevant institution. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
