03 How information is used
Information may be used to create and maintain accounts, personalize study navigation, provide requested resources and subscriptions, respond to questions, detect misuse, troubleshoot errors and improve the platform. We may also use contact information for service-related messages and, where offered and permitted, communications you request.
04 Sharing & service providers
Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the platform, such as hosting, file storage, email delivery, security monitoring or payment processing. These services may have their own terms and privacy notices. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or to protect rights and safety. Padhnus does not need to publish private account details for students to access public study materials.
05 Storage & security
We use technical and administrative safeguards appropriate to the platform, including access controls for student and administrator features. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You may review or update profile details using your account's available settings. You can contact Padhnus to ask about access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to identity checks and recordkeeping obligations. You can also choose not to provide optional information, though some features may then be unavailable.
