Start with your course, then the topic

1. Open Institutions and choose your institution and program.
2. Choose the available level and subject, then look for the chapter or resource you need. Available choices depend on how material is assigned to your course.
3. Before studying, compare the title, subject and curriculum information with your current syllabus. A similar title can belong to a different course.

If you already know a topic, use the study library and its search and filters. Try a shorter phrase or clear a filter if no results appear. No results does not mean the page has stopped working.

Read the access label before opening a resource

Available according to the resource’s public access rules.

Registered

Sign in to your student account. Complete verification if the site asks for it.

Premium

An active subscription with the required entitlement is needed. Check the plan details in your student account.

A preview does not grant access to the complete resource. Reading access also does not automatically include downloading or offline use. Use the controls offered for that particular item; do not share protected links or account credentials.

Keep a route back to what you are studying

When signed in, use Saved to return to resources you have saved and History to find recently opened study material. Keep your academic profile up to date so your course selections remain relevant.

For a useful study session, attempt one question before opening its solution. Write down the first step you could not explain, review that idea, then try a fresh question. The past-paper revision guide shows how to turn this into a short error log.

If a page, file or sign-in does not work

• No material listed: check your selected course and clear search filters. Some subjects may not have published resources yet.
• Access is locked: confirm you are using the correct account and check your subscription status. Refresh after a confirmed payment; a gateway success screen alone is not the final account status.
• You were signed out: Padhnus allows one web session and one mobile-app session per student. A new login on another device in the same channel replaces the previous session.
• A file does not load: return to its study page and reopen it. Note the error message, browser and device before contacting support. Avoid sharing a protected file URL publicly.
